The Role

We’re looking for a smart, organised, and curious Customer Success Associate to support our recruitment agency clients as they adopt Wrksense. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys helping customers get the most from technology. You’ll work closely with our Head of Customer Success and be the first line of support, insight, and energy for our users.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Enablement

  • Support new customers through onboarding, ensuring users understand how to use Wrksense to manage roles, candidates, and client interactions
  • Help run intro sessions, check-ins, and follow-up emails with new agency users
  • Collect setup info and ensure their workspace is configured correctly

Ongoing Support

  • Respond to customer queries via email, video, and in-app chat
  • Troubleshoot simple issues, escalate technical problems to the product team
  • Document common questions and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Track usage and flag accounts that may need extra attention

Engagement & Success

  • Monitor platform adoption and usage across accounts
  • Help customers unlock more value by showing underused features or sharing tips
  • Identify opportunities for training, additional licences, or deeper integration
  • Feed product feedback to the team and help prioritise improvements

What You Bring

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer success, support, recruitment, or SaaS
  • Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable explaining software and workflows in simple terms
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Bonus: experience in recruitment or HR tech (agency or internal)
