Paid services are billed according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wrksense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
